At our store, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our custom-made products. As such, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. This strict policy is in place to maintain fairness for all customers and because each item is made specifically for you.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We’re happy to either reimburse you or send a replacement free of charge.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we kindly ask that you provide clear photo proof of the damage, including images of the product and original packaging. In some cases, we may also request a short video.

Please note: We take fraudulent claims seriously. If there is evidence of intentional damage, tampering, or misuse, we reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement. Our team reviews each case carefully to ensure fairness and prevent abuse of our policy.
